Offered to small groups our goal is to increase the understanding of structured training plans. We explain in details the four types of training stimulus for endurance runners; long runs, tempo runs (lacate threshold pace), long intervals to improve oxygen uptake, and shorter faster intervals to improve speed and form. In addition, attendees will learn about racing strategies, hydration, and inury prevention to keep them moving in the right direction.
The seminar will be held at Pacific Star Hotel with a light breakfast and drinks included.
